The precursor to a business plan with the financial analysis, projected cash flow, markets, competitors, best practice, advisable methodology of implementation.

Planning

After > 60 business plans they are still exciting and invaluable in prioritising the 'big ideas', communicating to stakeholders, a road map for implementation, determining your benchmarks and KPI's. Often our plans are described as 'instruction manuals',  a description we are proud of.

Implementation

We are in your corner to ensure all things are coming together. No point in having your machines installed but don't have power connected or stock going out the door but haven't got the invoicing sorted.

Project Management

Some times you need a leader and organiser (Project Manager). We have been that for projects like the Arid Zone Timber Project, the Sand Dune Adventures Implementation and in our own timber industry business.

Project management is also about bringing people with you so you can hand the baton back.

We do have some serious 'geek street cred', experience and skills gained through the necessity of getting our clients on-line ASAP.

The big delay getting a website live is getting the words from the stakeholders. We smash it through by undertaking all tasks from the URL to web hosting, to authoring software, to design and importantly, the words.

We do outsource graphic design.

E-learning
